Time passed bit by bit once more.

Blocked by the Purple Crystal Beast's enormous frame, Qin Han couldn’t see them at first.
Hearing the voices, he shifted forward a few steps and finally spotted the advancing group.
Instantly alarmed, he yelled, "Get back! Retreat now—don’t interfere!"
But it was already too late.
The young men had already reached the beast’s underside, swinging their weapons with all their might.
The clanging of metal rang out incessantly.
Yet, even at its weakest, the Purple Crystal Beast’s defenses were beyond their ability to breach.
Their shoddy weapons struck its body with less effect than a tickle.
"Damn it! This monster’s hide is too tough—we can’t even scratch it!"
"Elder Lei, what do we do? Should we keep fighting?"
Meanwhile, the Purple Crystal Beast’s massive head turned, its crimson eyes locking onto the unwelcome intruders.
How dare these ants provoke it?
Consumed by fury, its tail lashed out in a sweeping strike.
BOOM!
Like autumn wind scattering dead leaves, a dozen men were sent flying.
Their bodies slammed into the walls before crashing heavily to the ground.
Gasping for breath, their pupils dilated—then stilled. All dead.
Elder Lei’s eyes nearly burst from their sockets.
"Haozi! Leizi!"
Qin Han, still mounted on Nightmare, never ceased his attacks, barking orders all the while.
