Chapter 83: Immunotherapy, Mission Complete
The door of the red cottage representing the heart swung open.
Ji Yan placed the Rabbit Player on the dining table, his gaze sweeping over her graceful, slender figure and her delicate, fair skin that seemed as if it could break at the slightest touch.
Then, he began to undress her...
The snow-white, luminous skin came into view, yet Ji Yan's eyes remained as calm as still water. At this moment, the Rabbit Player was nothing more than a patient in his eyes.
He was well aware that the Goat Supernatural Doctor demanded its medical students to be "holy and flawless," which likely included abstaining from lust. A twisted mind might very well be considered a form of infection.
The Goat Supernatural Doctor was currently looking for any excuse to catch him slipping—he couldn’t afford to walk right into its trap.

The Monkey Player, standing by the door, watched the scene on the table and couldn’t help but remark, "You’re really stripping her?"
"How are you going to kill the Pathogen now? If you use a blade, the rabbit will die too. The hospital’s Rule Order isn’t something to joke about!"
Ignoring the Monkey Player, who was all talk and no action, Ji Yan peeled off the Rabbit Player’s upper garments and turned toward another corner of the room.
"We’re inside the patient’s body. To kill the Pathogen, we naturally need to rely on the Immune System."
He lifted a corner of the curtain, revealing the White Blood Cell—a small creature with calf-like horns—huddled in the corner, gnawing on the corpses of dead bacterial Supernatural Creatures. It looked weak, helpless, and pitiful.
The moment it saw Ji Yan, it instantly tensed up!
"Don’t be nervous. I found something even tastier for you. Want to try it?"
With that, Ji Yan grabbed the White Blood Cell with his disinfected gloves and walked back to the dining table, tossing it directly onto the Rabbit Player’s body.
The White Blood Cell initially tried to flee in panic.
But then it seemed to detect something and grew abnormally excited. It forcibly pried open the Rabbit Player’s mouth and, like a blob of jelly, swiftly slithered into her body...
"Job done."
"Now we just wait for the mission to complete." Ji Yan clapped his hands and turned to sit down on the sofa.
"What if the Immune System loses to the Pathogen?" the Monkey Player asked.
"Without the Zodiac Rabbit’s two Wish Privileges—[Life] and [Reproduction]—the Pathogen will be as brittle as a cracker in front of the White Blood Cell," Ji Yan replied indifferently.
The Monkey Player’s eyes flickered, and he casually asked, "How exactly did you know about the Zodiac Rabbit’s Wishes?"
Being promoted to [Attending Doctor] meant reaching 50% progress in dealing with the Zodiac Supernatural Doctors. Under normal circumstances, players would enjoy two [Wish] Privileges.
The Rabbit Player’s two Wishes were [Life] and [Reproduction].
Yet, after Ji Yan was promoted to [Attending Doctor], he only had one Wish—[Sincerity].
Why hadn’t the other Wish Privilege activated yet?
Ji Yan glanced sideways at the Monkey Player, his smile shifting unpredictably. "I don’t just know the Zodiac Rabbit’s. I also know yours, Zodiac Monkey."
"Want me to take a guess?"
The Monkey Player paused, then chuckled. "You’re that good?"
"Then go ahead. Let’s hear it."
Ji Yan stared into the Monkey Player’s eyes. He could see the thinly veiled killing intent lurking deep within them.
It seemed to truly confirm the Goat Supernatural Doctor’s words.
The Zodiac Goat had no allies.
All eleven Zodiacs were hostile to one another—no one could be trusted!
"Why is this happening?"
"Is it really because the Zodiac Goat is easy to bully, and everyone wants to take a bite?"
Before Ji Yan could respond, the Rabbit Player on the table suddenly had a violent reaction. The black veins crawling all over her body began to dissipate bit by bit.
The next second, the Rabbit Player's mouth opened.
The White Blood Cell Supernatural Creature crawled back out, looking even rounder than before. It sat on the Rabbit Player's body and let out a satisfied burp.
Then, the entire interior trembled violently.
The Monkey Player paled in horror. He flung open the door, only to see the five surrounding houses spinning wildly outside...
"What... what's going on?"
The Monkey Player's breathing grew heavy.
Ji Yan also saw it through the window but remained calm. "Don't panic."
"The Pathogen has been eliminated. The mission is complete. We’re just about to leave."
"How do we leave?" the Monkey Player instinctively asked.
Ji Yan smiled in response. "By being spat out, of course."
The Monkey Player's expression froze.
Neither of them had time to react before it felt like a giant suction cup appeared outside the house, forcibly dragging them out.
Their brains shut down abruptly. When Ji Yan regained consciousness and opened his eyes, he found himself lying on a chair—a long bench in the hospital corridor.
"Damn it, whose foot is this? It reeks like a dead rat from the sewer!"
Ji Yan sat up and realized the Monkey Player was lying beneath him, with one of his toes jammed right into the other's nostril.
"Your treatment is over," the Ghostly Nurse Leader said coldly, standing to the side with a report in hand.
"Is it completed, or did it fail?" Ji Yan retracted his foot, ignoring the Monkey Player's murderous glare, and looked up to ask.
"If it weren’t completed, you wouldn’t have been spat out."
The Ghostly Nurse Leader stepped aside, revealing the B11 Ward behind her—where there was no door, only a gaping crimson maw.
"If you hadn’t eradicated it, the patient wouldn’t have expelled you."
"Expected as much."
Though Ji Yan said that, he couldn’t help but grumble internally—could the patients in this Consultation Building get any more abstract?
The Ghostly Nurse Leader put away the report, her pallid face growing increasingly sinister. "Now, there’s a more pressing matter to address."
Her gaze slid to the corner, where the Rabbit Player sat trembling on the floor.
At this moment, the Rabbit Player was shaking uncontrollably, as if she already knew what awaited her...
"As the Attending Doctor, you deliberately failed to cure the patient. Instead, you nurtured the Pathogen, tormented the patient, and attempted to harm your colleagues."
"These three offenses combined constitute a severe violation."
"You will be stripped of your Work ID and position. As for your punishment... that will be handled by the Morgue."
The Ghostly Nurse Leader spoke without a hint of emotion.
The Rabbit Player wanted to argue, but one look at the Ghostly Nurse Leader’s icy, merciless face told her any defense would be futile.
The Ghostly Nurse Leader removed her medical gloves, revealing a hand covered in festering sores, and reached for the Rabbit Player.
Knowing her time in the Undead Hospital had come to an end, the Rabbit Player, in her final moments, suddenly turned her furious gaze toward Ji Yan.
"You damned Goat! I, Cheng En, will remember this grudge! Tell me your name!"
Ji Yan: "..."
Blood vessels bulged in the Rabbit Player’s eyeballs. "TELL ME!!"
Ji Yan spoke up: "What do you want my name for? Trying to hit on me?"
"Sorry, but I'm an introverted and shy person—I prefer taking things slow."
"You bastard!! Don't let me run into you in another Instance!"
As the Ghostly Nurse Leader's hand came down, the Rabbit Player's furious voice was abruptly cut off.
Her entire body rapidly shrank, flesh and skin tightening together. With a squeeze from the Ghostly Nurse Leader's hand, she was compressed into a palm-sized doll and hung at the waist.
The Ghostly Nurse Leader put on her Disinfected Gloves while turning to look at Ji Yan. "Your surgery for today is complete."
"Now you have free time."
With those words, the Ghostly Nurse Leader gradually walked away, the Rabbit Player—now compressed into a dangling doll—swaying back and forth at her waist. Her black bean-like eyes still seemed to glare at Ji Yan with resentment...
