"...?" Robin's expression darkened, and he fell completely silent.

"Althera, where exactly did those threads come from?!" Robin asked quickly.

"They are the threads of the Heavenly Laws... the threads that appear upon a breakthrough to any level within the Law Dominator Scope, and they were present around me because I was in the midst of a breakthrough to an Intermediate Law Dominator." Althera tried to feign calmness as much as possible. "Each one of them would have increased my affinity with every law in the universe by an additional 10%, jumping it to 20%, while it would have increased my affinity toward the main Fundamental Repetition Law by 15%, bringing it to 30%... or at least, that's what was supposed to happen."
"..." Glacion nodded. So that's how it works.
With each new breakthrough in understanding one's own law, one receives additional support from that law of 15%, and the affinity of all other laws increases by 10%. As for the breakthrough to the High Law Dominator scope—the final level—the understanding of the primary law increases by 20%, bringing the total support to 50%, while the remaining laws increase by another 10%, reaching 30%.
But of course, this is the known and standard figure; exceptions do exist.
It is said that some people favored by their own law receive a greater percentage of support.
And in extremely rare cases, there may be a Low Monarch who possesses a support rate of 40% all at once!
However, such cases have not been recorded often in history. Everyone who experienced this was either ganged up on by everyone and killed, or became one of the most powerful Behemoths of all time.
The best and most famous example of this is Interas.
It is said that he has 100% support from the entire Path of Space!
"What happened then?!" Robin asked urgently. He had, of course, read about the subject of the Threads of Laws before.

“…Perhaps there’s something I should mention,” Althera spoke. “After I opened my eyes, I felt a terrifying power, a power that neither a Low Monarch nor even a High Monarch should possess. I felt as if I had spent my entire life standing under a waterfall that oppressed me, making even standing difficult. Then, suddenly, I stepped out of it and began moving freely… I can’t describe it any better.”
"I have felt something like this before," Glacion confirmed her words. "Even under the pressure of the Master Runes, I sensed a terrifying power from Lady Althera. She destroyed the Transparent House unintentionally, and I am well aware of how durable that house is."
"...That is natural and somewhat expected," Robin began, tapping on his seat. "The Peak of the Nexus State is the true peak of human power. The Law Dominator Scope simply borrows power that is not physically theirs, or to put it more accurately... doors are opened to potential that already existed within them."
"What do you mean by that, Lord Robin?" Glacion asked.
"I mean that the Support you receive as Law Dominators is not additional power, but in reality, it is capabilities you already possess being released to you," Robin explained. "As one of the many boundaries imposed on the inhabitants of the universe, I noticed that the Heavenly Laws suppress the maximum limit of power, and through dealing with you folks, I became certain and saw that the Support you receive is in fact nothing but a part of your true power."
He then continued, "The Inner Core Assembly within a World Calamity, which can store energy comparable to that of planets and stars, combined with the development of the Physical Energy Transfer Structure within the scope of the Nexus State... this is the optimal state for humans and grants immense power. If you possess energy akin to the sun and a body capable of withstanding its release all at once, what more could you need?"
Robin shook his head. "The Heavenly Laws resist and prevent this true power from manifesting. The Support you receive is merely the removal of a portion of the pressure these laws exert upon you. When it is said that Support is at 10%, the Truth is that the Heavenly Laws have begun to allow you to use an additional fraction of your real power—nothing more."
He then gestured toward Althera. "Her words about feeling as though she had emerged from beneath a waterfall confirm my statement, and confirm that she had been under pressure and was then released from it. She did not gain new power; what Althera felt is what every Nexus State practitioner should naturally experience!"
"Lord Robin..." Glacion showed a hesitant smile. "Are you saying that Nexus State practitioners are stronger than Law Dominators?"
"I'm telling you, there's no such thing as the Law Dominator Realm." Robin waved his hand in annoyance. "In my view, this domain is nothing but deception and fraud—a method by the Rule Maker to limit human progress, and perhaps to regulate the growth rate of the universes, just as the Executioner said."
