2387 - The Simulation

"So..." Holak stepped toward the cliff edge while looking at the child, "What shall we call him?"
"He already has a name—his name is Aser!" Althera kicked Holak's leg, then leaped off the cliff.
"Ouch, you br—" Holak stopped himself, then looked back, "Aha, go on, continue." Then he jumped after Althera.
"Wow..." Jabba finally managed to get any sound out of his mouth after the two disappeared along with the infant, "That was..." Then he turned to Robin, "Amazing!"
"What's so amazing about it?" Robin showed a small smile, "It's just a body."
"Well now, you speak as if this is something ordinary." Jabba nudged Robin in the shoulder.
"It truly is ordinary." Robin waved, "All material things are alike—they all share one origin; the human body and dirt are the same." Robin shook his head, "If you ate a radish or gnawed on a herb, it would turn into nutrients that make your body grow larger. Technically, what you eat creates new pieces of your body for you... Isn't that the greatest proof that everything is equal?"
Then he looked toward the horizon, "This is the Law of Creation in short—after studying death and destruction, shaping and life, you find that everything is similar, everything has a beginning and an end, and everything can transform into anything if you possess the right method... When you reach that level of awareness, and possess enough knowledge of the method of transformation, you will demolish what you wish and build what you wish."
Then he smiled toward Jabba, "You can liken it to the building blocks game children use—you can build a massive castle with them, then dismantle it into blocks and build a cat shape... The important thing is knowing how to dismantle and how to rebuild."
"But in that example, the blocks are fixed." Jabba furrowed his brows slightly.
"And in this case, the energy of Primordial Chaos is fixed," Robin showed a small smile, "Everything material has an origin—some call it Primordial Chaos because the Laws emerge from it and do not affect it, and you can call it building material, or Eternal Water... Whatever you call it, it is the origin of everything. All you have to do is return the material to its origin through the Law of Primordial Chaos, then use Creation to build it into a new form." Then he chuckled, "Am I making this sound easy? My apologies."
"It makes it look so easy." Jabba scratched his head. "The codes of Creation in the human body are incredibly complex, yet you managed to simulate them."
"That's the key word—the Simulation." Robin pointed at him. "Humans take treatments to simulate the natural healing process, they take fertility serums for those who can't conceive, they transplant internal organs from other people... all of this is simulating what they observe from other bodies over long spans of years. It's just observation and simulation."
Then he showed a small smile. "That's all I can do—no, rather, all any of us can do... the Simulation."
"With the experience you have, with all those things you've seen and the Laws you wield, surely you can do more than just simulate." Jabba winked at him. "Couldn't you, for example, make Aser with four arms instead of two?"
"Heh~" Robin let out a small laugh. "Arms themselves are a simulation of what already exists. Even if I made a hundred arms, I've seen and studied arms before." Robin clarified. "What do you imagine when I say *monster*? Big fangs, claws? Massive limbs, maybe a huge tail? What about bulging eyes? Or better—they all have a belly, right?"
Robin shook his head, "All of this already exists and is created, created just like us, and our eyes have grown accustomed to them. Do you really want to play and avoid the Simulation? Create something that doesn't exist at all, for example..." Then he snapped his finger, "Create a color you cannot imagine."
"Huh?" Jabba showed a strange smile.
"Hehe, when you can do that, let's talk more about the codes of Creation." Robin's smile widened, and it was clear that his earlier worries had begun to fade into the background after speaking a bit about his experience. "Hmm," he then stared at the horizon, "I wonder if Identity Users could accomplish something like that."
"Do you think they could do something like that?" Jabba rested his chin on his hand.
"I don't know anything about the Master Identity," Robin shook his head. "Based on my historical research, there are incomplete traces of many of them appearing, but they always die young. I always wondered why, but frankly, I learned the reason after this last Tour."
Robin shook his head, "I wish I could have met one of them and asked him a few questions. Perhaps I would have finally found a small Breakthrough to enter that path." Then he sighed, "But then I ask myself, even if I found one, would he answer my questions? Of course not—no one would honestly reveal the secrets of their power."
"My teacher," Jabba spoke seriously, "I can no longer count how many Master Laws you possess now. Just as you've acquired all of those, you will undoubtedly obtain Identity as well. Have more faith in yourself—you don't need anyone!"
"Hmm, on this particular one, I'm not so confident." Robin tapped his knee, "I've always felt that Identity is far too distant—Truth's rival and its antithesis. For if Truth explores reality, Identity changes it, and this conflict affects me especially as someone who has taken Truth as the goal of his life... Although I haven't touched The Will yet, I believe I have a better chance with it than with Identity."
"Oh~" Robin showed a small smile, "Well, I won't burden you with my personal problems." Then he gestured toward Jabba, "I summoned Sakaar because I need him for an important matter... What are you doing here?"
"An important matter as well." Jabba spoke quickly and slid a thick book toward Robin, "I believe I've solved the problems of the second training path!!"
"...?" Robin furrowed his brows intensely, then began flipping through the book swiftly with his soul, "This..."
